§ 1007. Bounds

  • Bounds (concrete or granite boundary markers) shall be paid for by the subdivider or developer and placed by a registered land surveyor on the street line at the beginning of all horizontal curves on both sides of each subdivision street, and shall not be more than five hundred (500) feet apart, at the corners of the subdivided parcel and on at least one corner of each subdivision lot. Monuments will be set four (4) inches above finished grade of the center of the street.
