§ 107. Zoning Ordinance Mandatory Review

The Zoning Ordinance shall be reviewed by the Planning Board at least once in every five (5) years and whenever the Comprehensive Plan is amended. Such review shall be based on input from the Town's Fire Department, Police Department, the Town Council and Zoning Board of Review, as well as input from the public in response to notification of mandatory review, in accordance with the procedures for notification set forth in Section 708, Amendments to the Ordinance.
