§ 8-116. Penalty for not obtaining license

Anyone who sells or offers for sale any goods, wares or merchandise whatsoever, including food or beverages, without first obtaining a license from the town council as provided in this article shall be subject to a fine of $20.00 or imprisonment not exceeding ten days, as provided by the provisions of G.L. 1956, § 5-11-18.
