§ 710. Fees

A. Application fees, advertising and notice fees and other fees, costs or expenses necessary in connection with the procedures set forth in this Ordinance, shall be borne by the applicant. Application fees shall be as established by the Town Council and published in the office of the Town Clerk.

B. Upon the filing of any appeal, the applicant/appellant shall be responsible for the costs of the preparation of any necessary hearing transcript. The appellant shall either order the transcript directly from the transcriber and submit the original to the Town or deposit with the Town the estimated cost of the transcript and be billed any balance.
