(a) No dogs shall be allowed in schoolyards or on school property, whether at large or
under restraint, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.
(b) No dogs shall be allowed in any stores or eating places within the town, whether at
large or under restraint, with the exception of Seeing Eye dogs.
(c) Unleashed dogs are prohibited on the beach area on the eastern side of Block Island
from the breakwater at the Surf Hotel to the point where the northern boundary of
the mansion foundation intersects beach area from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. June 1 to
October 1 each year.
