§ 2-202. Adoption of codification

Latest version.

The town council shall adopt a complete codification of ordinances as provided in section 408(F) of the Charter. It may be adopted by an ordinance by reference to a complete codification available at the town clerk's office for inspection by the public. After passage, the adopting ordinance shall be posted as provided in section 409(A) of the Charter.
