§ 19-240. Creation and establishment; boundaries; map

Pursuant to chapter 18 of the Rhode Island Public Laws of 2000, there is hereby created and established a water district for the town, which district shall include all of the property within the boundaries as shown and designated on that map entitled "New Shoreham Water District" dated April 18, 2001, which map, after adoption of the ordinance from which this article was derived, shall remain on file in the office of the town clerk. Those properties included in the district, as presently constituted, are listed by tax assessor's plat and lot numbers on the schedule attached to the map and incorporated into the ordinance from which this article was derived, and is on file in the office of the town clerk. The map shall control any discrepancies between the schedule and the map.
