§ 19-16. Established

(a) In accordance with section 7 of chapter 146 of the Public Laws of Rhode Island 1972, there is created and established a sewer district for the town, which shall include and consist of the list of parcels of land appearing on the town assessor's maps which is on file in the town clerk's office.

(b) The lots or parcels of land above described are further shown and delineated on a certain map or maps on file with the town clerk designated as "Official Map of Land Within the New Shoreham Sewer District." The maps shall be recorded with the office of the town clerk.
