§ 10-13. Misappropriation of vehicle, boat or animal of another

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to take, use, set in motion, loosen, set adrift or set free any vehicle, boat or animal of another without the consent of the owner, expressed or implied, except all persons in the performance of emergency services.
