§ 10-12. Vandalism; injuring or annoying animal of another

It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully, maliciously or mischievously injure, damage, deface or destroy the property of another, wheresoever located, or to annoy, worry, attack or injure the domestic animal of another while properly restrained and controlled on the property of the owner or keeper.
