A. Decision. The Planning Board shall consider the application and the recommendations of the
Administrative Officer. Within sixty five (65) days of the date the application was
certified complete, the Planning Board shall either approve, approve with conditions,
or deny the application. Failure of the Planning Board to act within the period specified
shall constitute approval of the administrative subdivision plan, in which case a
certificate from the Administrative Officer as to the failure of the Planning Board
to act within the required time period, and the resulting approval, shall be issued
on request of the applicant.
B. Expiration of Approval. Approval of an administrative subdivision shall expire ninety (90) days from the
date of approval unless a plat in conformity with such approval, including all fees,
documents and conditions attached thereto, is submitted for signature and recording
as provided in these Regulations within such time period.
